I was seen by Dr Bolgar on time and was very helpful in treating my condition and also referred me to assist with me being a carer for my wife, the result of which turned out to be extremely useful. My wife is an Dementia patient.

II have had a appointments with the specialist nurse COPD who works closely with Dr Bolgar , the care given as always was first class and I appreciate every one I have seen. Keep up the excellent work .

I have now had two appointments with Dr Bolgar and came away both times feeling better because she actually listened to me. I feel quite confident that I will go forward knowing that everything will get sorted out even though it may take time . I now have appointments with Dr Menon, waiting on one at ENT but it is likely to be July/August. Blood tests at SRH and X-rays in Bognor all done.

Dr Bolgar took time to listen to me / my description of my condition, asking questions to identify what treatment might be required and she responded very appropriately to me as a person (using language and explanations tailored to my level of knowledge and understanding). I felt like an individual, rather than 'just another patient'. Much appreciated.
